The Personnel department of any organisation is responsible for the management of a large variety and volume of documents. In addition many of the documents will be of a sensitive nature.
These documents can range from initial and speculative CVs through formal applications, internal records and reviews, through to pay details and health records. All of which are required to be held in a secure and professional manner.
In addition to simply holding the records, members of staff will need regular access and the facility to process the documents based on the needs of the business and the individual circumstances of their content.
Serengeti Systems have developed a specific module to extend the functionality contained within the e-intranet Document Management solution to address many of the issues associated with managing these documents and records, regardless of volumes and formats.

- Provide full integration with all leading HR Business Applications - allows users to call documents directly from within the application
- Provide secure remote access - allowing for distributed working environments
- Seamless integration with Portal or Intranet - allow staff to view their own personal files, as required
