By enabling officers to source information at the point of need it therefore empowers them to make better decisions and at the same time speed up the processing of work items such as benefits claims, planning applications, change of address etc.

This modular approach has enabled many of our clients to implement either on a departmental basis where budgets may be limited or deploy corporately and therefore realise the benefits associated with economies of scale.
